Commercial Rodent Control Team
Numbered stations, plotted on a map of your building, with a service log that holds up when an inspector or an auditor asks to see it. Free estimates.

Identifying Rodent Activity on a Commercial Site
On a business premises you rarely hear them first. You find these instead.
Gnawed Packaging and Product Loss
Chewed corners on cardboard cases, split bags on the bottom pallet, and stock you are writing off without quite knowing why. Rodents open packaging to test it, so damage often runs across several cases rather than one.
Rub Marks Along the Walls
Rats travel the same route every night and leave a greasy dark smear where their flank touches the wall. Look low, along the base of the stockroom walls and behind equipment that has not moved in months.
A Member of Staff Mentions It
Somebody saw it one week ago in the back and told nobody, because they assumed it was dealt with or did not want to be the one who said it. By the time it reaches a manager, the problem may already be established.

Commercial Rodent Pest Control Solutions
Three parts. On a commercial site all three are mapped, numbered, and recorded.
Baiting
Locked, tamper-resistant stations are around the exterior, numbered and plotted so the same station is checked in the same place every visit. Bait stays outside the building. That is deliberate, and on a food premises it is not negotiable.
Trapping
Inside the building we monitor and trap rather than bait, because nothing should be dying inside a wall cavity above a prep area. Traps and monitors go on the runways we identified, not spread about for appearances.
Exclusion
Dock seals, door sweeps, utility penetrations, and roof line gaps. Commercial buildings fail in bigger and more obvious places than houses do, and most of them are on the loading side.
How Our Commercial Rodent Treatment Works
We professionally remove the rodents, then prove they are gone.
Step 1
Get in Touch
Tell us the premises type and what has been found. Rats, mice, and the occasional raccoon on a roof all need different handling, and so does a warehouse against a restaurant.
Step 2
Inspection
A full site inspection covering the exterior line, the dock, storage, prep areas, voids and the roof. We map station positions at this stage rather than deciding them on the fly
Step 3
Service
Stations go in, monitors go in, entry points get closed. Everything is numbered, and everything gets written down, including what we could not do and why.
Step 4
Follow-Up
Scheduled returns to check and reset, re-inspect the sealed points, and update the log. The follow-up is the part that turns a treatment into commercial rodent management rather than a call-out.
Rodent Control for Businesses, Documented End-to-End
On a house, the job is finished once the rodents are gone. On a commercial site, the treatment is only part of the job. You also need clear documentation of what was found, what was done, and whether the problem is under control. Inspectors, auditors, and franchisors may ask for that information, and a verbal assurance is not enough.
That is why every commercial job is supported by a station map and service log. Stations are numbered and plotted on a drawing of your building, while each visit records activity, treatment, and any issues identified. The treatment itself combines exterior bait stations, interior monitoring and trapping, and exclusion work to close entry points. We also identify the areas most likely to create rodent pressure, from dumpster pads and loading doors to activity coming from neighboring units.
