Residential Mosquito Control
Mosquitoes breed in a capful of water and rest in the shade all day. Our home mosquito control treats both, rather than fogging a lawn. Free estimate.

Where Mosquitoes Breed and Rest
They do not need a pond. Three ordinary spots on your property do most of the work.
Standing Water
Plant saucers, birdbaths, buckets, toys, tires, and garden equipment. A capful is enough, and a mosquito goes from egg to biting adult in about a week in warm weather.
Shaded Vegetation
Adults do not fly all day. They rest in cool, dense planting and under decks, then come out at dawn and dusk. That resting habitat is where treatment actually lands.

Gutters and Low Spots
A blocked gutter holds water along its whole length. So does a dip in a tarp, a low spot that stays damp after rain, and a downspout that has stopped draining properly.

Our Residential Mosquito Control Solutions
Two approaches. Targeted residential mosquito spraying for the adults you have now, and In2Care for the generation coming next.
Targeted Backpack Misting
A technician treats the vegetation and resting areas around the property by hand. That puts the material where mosquitoes actually spend the day rather than across the open lawn, and it brings adult numbers down straight away.
In2Care
This one works on the breeding cycle instead of the adults. It interrupts the development of eggs and larvae in the water they are laid in, which stops the next generation before it ever reaches your patio.
How Our Residential Mosquito Control Services Work
Four stages, and the second one is the part most companies skip.
Step 1
Inspection
We walk the property and find both halves of the problem: the water where they are breeding and the shaded vegetation where the adults are resting through the day.
Step 2
Source Reduction
We identify and deal with the breeding sites we can reach and tell you plainly about the ones we cannot. Treating adults while larvae keep hatching is why a spray lasts a fortnight instead of a month.
Step 3
Treatment
Targeted misting, In2Care, or both, chosen for the property and applied to resting sites rather than to flowering plants.
Step 4
Reapplication and Monitoring
A treatment typically holds twenty-one to thirty days, and heavy rain or strong sun shortens that. Through the season we work to a schedule so the cover does not lapse in the week you need the yard most.
Every property gets the full cycle, no shortcuts, and no half measures.
Why Homeowners Choose Conquest for Residential Mosquito Control
Conquest Pest Services has run residential mosquito control for more than twenty years, and the honest starting point is that mosquitoes fly. They cross property lines, they come off drainage the whole neighborhood shares, and no treatment holds a permanent boundary around a yard. Anyone promising total elimination is overselling, and that is worth treating as a warning rather than a selling point.
An effective yard treatment plan takes two distinct steps. First, bringing the current population down far enough that the yard is usable again. Second, keeping it there. We treat the shaded vegetation where adults rest through the day, and we go after the water where the next generation is developing, because spraying adults while larvae keep hatching is how a treatment lasts a fortnight instead of a month. Our technicians are licensed and insured, and we will tell you clearly what a treatment can and cannot do before you book. Ninety-seven percent of our customers stay with us year after year. Residential Mosquito Prevention Between Visits
Source reduction is the half of the job you can do yourself, and it makes ours hold longer.
Tip Out Standing Water Weekly
Tip out anything holding water once a week, and again after every heavy rain. Plant saucers, buckets, toys, tires, and garden equipment are the usual culprits, and a capful is enough.
Walk the Property After Rain
Walk the property properly rather than glancing at it. Low spots that stay damp, a tarp with a dip in it and a blocked downspout all breed mosquitoes without ever looking like standing water.
Clear the Gutters Twice a Year
Clear the gutters at least twice a year. A blocked run holds water along its whole length, sits in shade, and is close enough to the house that everything hatching there ends up on your patio.
Change Birdbath and Bowl Water
Change the water in birdbaths, pet bowls, and fountains every few days. Mosquitoes go from egg to biting adult in about a week in warm weather, so anything left standing longer than that becomes a nursery rather than a feature.
Thin the Shaded Planting
Cut back dense, shaded planting near the patio and the back door. Adults spend the day resting in cool vegetation rather than flying, so thinning it removes the harborage and makes the treatment we apply work considerably harder for you.
