How Our Commercial Wildlife Service Works
Four stages, and the timing of the first one sometimes decides the rest.
Step 1
Inspection
Species, numbers, entry points, and whether young are present. That last one matters more than anything else, because it changes what is legal, what is humane, and what is even possible this month.
Step 2
Removal
One-way exclusion where it suits the species and the structure, trapping where it does not. Nothing is sealed until we are confident the building is empty, because sealing an animal in is worse than the original problem.
Step 3
Exclusion and Repair
Entry points closed with heavy gauge mesh, flashing or hardware cloth rather than a temporary patch, and the surrounding roofline checked for anything else about to give way.
Step 4
Clean-Up and Follow-Up
Droppings and nesting material cleared, the area sanitized, contaminated insulation flagged for replacement, and a return visit to confirm the seals have held through a season of weather.
