Commercial Termite Control Services
Termites do not close a business. They surface in a report years later, during a sale or a refinance, attached to an unbudgeted number. Free estimate.

What It Looks Like on a Commercial Building
Three common ways termite activity gets noticed by someone who can do something about it.
Tubes on the Foundation or the Expansion Joints
Soil tunnels running up the exterior or coming through a joint in a large slab. On a big footprint they are easy to miss, because nobody walks the full perimeter of a warehouse unless they have a reason to.
Swarmers at the Windows in Spring
Staff in an office or a retail unit report flying insects at the glass on the first warm week, then wings on the sill after. That is often a sign that a colony has been established somewhere in the structure for years.
Found During a Fit-Out or a Repair
A contractor opens a wall for a refurbishment and finds damaged framing. This is the most expensive way to discover it, because the discovery lands mid-project, with a schedule and a budget already signed off.

Commercial Termite Pest Control Solutions
Which of these suits the building depends on how it is built and what is around it.
Treated Soil Barrier
Termiticide was applied around the foundation to put a treated zone between the soil and the structure. On an occupied building we work around the operation, including out of hours where needed, to avoid disrupting you.
Targeted Treatment
Where something is already active, treatment goes directly into the affected structure. In an occupied building we work around the operation, including out of hours where needed, to avoid disrupting you.
Monitored Bait Stations
Stations set around the footprint, numbered and mapped, for buildings where hard landscaping or paving makes a continuous trench impractical. They also give you dated evidence of activity throughout the year.
How Our Commercial Termite Treatment Works
Four stages, and the first one produces a document you can hand to a lender.
Step 1
Inspection and WDI Report
A licensed technician inspects the structure and issues a wood-destroying insect report. If you are mid-transaction, tell us the date you are working to, because these have a habit of being needed sooner than anybody planned.
Step 2
Treatment Plan
You get a plan built around the building rather than a package. We identify where the barrier can run, where it cannot, where stations make more sense, and what it will cost before anybody starts digging.
Step 3
Treatment
Barrier, targeted work, stations, or a combination. Everything is scheduled around trading, deliveries, or tenant access and written up as it goes rather than afterwards from memory.
Step 4
Annual Re-Inspection
A barrier degrades with time and soil conditions, and stations only tell you something if somebody reads them. The annual inspection is what keeps commercial termite management an active protection rather than a receipt from four years back.
Termite Control for Businesses, Documented for the Building File
A commercial building is an asset on somebody’s balance sheet, and termite damage has a habit of surfacing at the worst possible moment. Not when the colony arrives, but three years later when the building is being sold, refinanced, or handed back at the end of a lease, and a report comes back naming active infestation and structural damage that nobody had budgeted for.
That is why the inspection carries more weight here than the treatment does. A licensed technician surveys the structure and produces the Wood Destroying Insect report on an occupied commercial building that happens without shutting down the operation or clearing a floor. The treatment side is not complicated: a treated soil barrier around the perimeter, targeted work wherever something is active, and bait stations where landscaping or paving makes a trench impractical.
